Requirements
- 2–4+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-velocity sales environment.
- Strong desire to exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Comfort and confidence leading with outbound-first prospecting.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and tailor messaging to diverse childcare providers.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Growth-minded, coachable, and eager to continuously improve.
- Strategic thinker who leverages research, data, and experimentation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Salesloft.
Responsibilities
- Design and run outbound campaigns to priority sub-segments within the SMB childcare market to generate pipeline.
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach across calls, emails and Salesloft cadences.
- Manage SMB inbound opportunities and convert them into customers.
- Run the full sales cycle from discovery to close for self-sourced SMB deals.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers to understand their challenges and introduce solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate value clearly.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene with accurate forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outbound messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally to share market feedback and influence go-to-market strategies.
