Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong production software engineering skills in Python, including testing, packaging, CI/CD, async, and Docker.
- Experience with RESTful services.
- Depth in LLM application engineering: prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, RAG, and vector stores.
- Proficiency with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs.
- Experience with evaluation-driven development.
- Experience building end-to-end agentic systems that plan, code, validate, and improve.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Working fluency with at least one cloud data platform and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Own the reusable accelerator core and the multi-agent workflows built on it.
- Design agentic systems across coding, planning, review, and testing, including tool-calling and human-in-the-loop.
- Build evaluation pipelines and telemetry to measure quality and track regressions.
- Manage reliability, cost control, and observability for agentic systems in real-world applications.
- Develop infrastructure that allows delivery teams to trust outputs from non-deterministic systems.
