Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Understanding of business process management system principles.
- Advanced Linux OS proficiency, including writing bash scripts.
- Experience working with Docker.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, including writing scripts and stored procedures.
- Experience configuring BPMS systems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the Business Process Management System (BPMS).
- Perform administrative tasks including troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system recovery.
- Configure and maintain BPMS settings.
- Generate operational reports using MS SQL databases.
- Develop macros and scripts to automate business processes.
- Monitor system performance and manage backup procedures.
- Install and test system patches.
- Collaborate with developers and oversee the execution of assigned development tasks.
- Participate in system development projects.
