Proven product-development mindset with experience designing experiments and making data-driven decisions.

Marketing instinct with experience in acquisition experiments across SEO, AEO, paid ads, email, and social.
Demonstrated ability to delegate and coordinate software engineers and contractors.
Execution velocity with a track record of building and shipping product improvements.
Scout mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and explain reasoning transparently.
Familiarity with the impact-focused talent landscape.
Bonus: Technical proficiency in building/shipping web product changes, including use of AI coding tools.

Iterate on the board’s framing, UX, and features to increase the rate of successful high-impact job placements.
Ship technical improvements such as filters, search, SEO, AEO, and tracking, working hands-on or delegating to engineers.
Manage the sourcing and curation of high-impact opportunities.
Develop and execute marketing plans across paid ads, SEO, email, and social to grow traffic.
Build tracking and evaluation systems to measure placement data, conversion, and user retention.
Refine target audience strategy and explore future product directions such as AI career advisors or logged-in user experiences.
