Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, specifically with complex enterprise web applications.
- 1+ years of experience in a lead capacity (workstream or strategy ownership).
- Familiarity with AI UX concepts beyond simple chat interfaces.
- Ability to design for trade-offs between helpfulness, safety, latency, and accuracy.
- Strong interaction design skills for complex workflows.
- Proven ability to simplify complex systems without losing critical functionality.
- Experienced research practitioner capable of conducting workshops and synthesizing insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in regulated or high-trust domains.
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating the above skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the design direction for GenAI-enabled experiences across one or more enterprise web-app products/workstreams.
- Shape business process innovation with AI by translating ambiguous problem spaces into prototypes, experiments, and shipped increments.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to move from feature UX to system-level interaction design.
- Lead discovery and evaluative testing for AI experiences and turn insights into clear design decisions.
- Define success metrics with Product and iterate using qualitative and quantitative signals.
- Design for trust and transparency by building UX guardrails in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec.
- Evolve the global design system with AI-ready components and patterns.
- Manage and mentor designers to strengthen product thinking, interaction design, and AI UX craft.
