Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, favoring complex enterprise web applications.
- 1+ years in a senior capacity.
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences from discovery through delivery.
- Familiarity with AI UX concepts and experience designing AI-enabled features.
- Strong UI and interaction design skills for complex workflows.
- Confident research practitioner capable of running workshops and user research.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and subject-matter experts.
- Ability to reason through design trade-offs regarding safety, latency, accuracy, and transparency.
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating product thinking, craft, research, and impact.
- Degree in design, psychology, business, statistics, HCI, or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in regulated, high-trust, or complex enterprise domains is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design GenAI-enabled experiences across one or more enterprise web-app products or workstreams.
- Translate complex workflows into clear user journeys, prototypes, experiments, and shipped product improvements.
- Plan and conduct discovery and evaluative research, including concept, usability, and preference testing.
- Use qualitative and quantitative evidence to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Design for trust, transparency, and user control in AI-assisted experiences.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and domain experts to incorporate UX guardrails.
- Contribute AI-ready components and patterns to the global design system.
- Support other designers through critique, design reviews, and sharing best practices.
