Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web-based and client-server application design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience conducting usability testing and user research.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct design sprints, end-user research, usability testing, and reviews.
- Analyze user data to inform design decisions, ensuring products are user-friendly and compliant.
- Design screen layouts and functionality for client-server applications like Microsoft Windows presentation screens.
- Conduct studies, testing, and evaluation of screen prototypes for functionality, ease of use, and accuracy.
- Design user experiences for web-based applications from concept to completion.
- Develop short-term and long-term UI/UX visions ensuring consistency across the user experience.
- Communicate design concepts through low and high-fidelity mockups for stakeholder review.
- Mentor and supervise team members on best practices in UI/UX design and research.
