Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a SaaS support or client-facing role.
  • Native-level English fluency.
  • Residency in the UTC+1 or UTC+2 timezone range (non-negotiable).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
  • Understanding of dev consoles, staging/production environments, and GitHub repos.
  • Ability to perform database queries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in remote, asynchronous environments.
  • Access to a reliable, distraction-free workspace with fast internet.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound support via email, tickets, phone, and live chat.
  • Conduct 1-1 Zoom sessions with clients for technical consultation and issue resolution.
  • Maintain high standards for first-reply-time metrics.
  • Provide technically accurate responses validated by hands-on scenario testing.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify, report, and track bugs.
  • Analyze user issues to identify patterns and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Manage onboarding sessions and educate clients on best practices and product adoption.
