Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field.
- Strong experience in customer relations, invoicing, and overdue collection.
- Demonstrated experience in a team lead or leadership role.
- Project management experience involving diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain high detail and accuracy while working under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of customer-related control environments.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience in the software industry or fast-growing global companies is a plus.
- Experience with financial ERP software (NetSuite experience is considered an advantage).
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Invoicing and A/R team in Helsinki.
- Oversee sales invoicing, accounts receivable, and overdue invoice collection.
- Perform project management and drive process development, including automation and AI integration.
- Act as a primary contact point for internal and external invoicing-related matters.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members.
- Ensure accuracy of customer data in the financial ERP system.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, Business IT, and international partners.
