Requirements

- 5+ years of project or account management experience within a high-volume pharmaceutical advertising agency
- Experience with Veeva Promats for MLR submissions
- Proficiency in timeline development and budget management
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans and resource allocation
- Act as a liaison between agency team members and partners
- Oversee project forecasting and ensure budget adherence
- Develop project timelines and manage estimates
- Coordinate with Creative Services Manager to plan creative resources
- Enforce agency processes and recommend system or workflow improvements
- Provide performance input for team members
