Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in GTM or revenue operations functions.
- Expertise in evaluating, implementing, and optimizing GTM tech stacks.
- Strong proficiency in designing data models.
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience building automation scripts for outbound processes.
- Highly analytical with the ability to blend technical problem-solving with strategic thinking.
- Strong collaboration skills for working cross-functionally.
- Experience with CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and intent data tools.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach.
- Own the technical backbone of outbound motion from data pipelines to automation workflows.
- Equip SDRs with world-class tooling, playbooks, and data insights.
- Build ICP models, scoring frameworks, and segmentation logic.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tools including CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and intent data.
- Track, analyze, and report on outbound metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally with SDRs, AEs, RevOps, and Partnerships to ensure outbound systems integrate with broader GTM strategy.
