Requirements

  • 1+ year of technical support experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server (2012 and newer).
  • Proficiency with Linux (CentOS).
  • Experience with network troubleshooting tools.
  • Knowledge of Analog and/or Digital Telephony, particularly SIP.
  • Experience with VMware and/or Linux KVM.
  • Experience with HP Server hardware.
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and troubleshoot critical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers and partners in resolving issues with Emergency Call Handling and NG911 platforms.
  • Create and update support tickets throughout their entire life cycle.
  • Update customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on issue status.
  • Escalate technical issues to the next tier of support when required.
  • Maintain and update the internal Knowledge Base.
