Requirements
- 1+ year of technical support experience.
- Proficiency with Windows Server (2012 and newer).
- Proficiency with Linux (CentOS).
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of Analog and/or Digital Telephony, particularly SIP.
- Experience with VMware and/or Linux KVM.
- Experience with HP Server hardware.
- Schedule flexibility.
- Fluent English (written and oral).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and troubleshoot critical issues.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and partners in resolving issues with Emergency Call Handling and NG911 platforms.
- Create and update support tickets throughout their entire life cycle.
- Update customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on issue status.
- Escalate technical issues to the next tier of support when required.
- Maintain and update the internal Knowledge Base.
