Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands-on PPC and SEO experience.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console (GSC).
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with technical SEO including indexing, page speed, and crawlability.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and performance-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute PPC and SEO strategies aligned with business and lead generation goals.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Manage technical and content-focused SEO initiatives including link-building and site structure optimization.
  • Support website revamp and optimization projects to improve UX and performance.
  • Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Analyze campaign data to optimize ROI, conversion rates, and user journeys.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
