Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (India)
- 4–6 years of professional experience
- Current or prior experience in a SaaS or GCC (Global Capability Center) in India
- Direct exposure to US country finance operations
- Strong understanding of US GAAP
- Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards
- Experience in coordinating with US-based stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes in line with the requirements
- Set up and lead the controllership on reporting, reconciliations, and compliance deliverables
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and statutory compliance requirements relevant to the entity
- Partner with cross-functional teams (India and US) to streamline financial processes and reporting timelines
- Drive process improvements and standardization across controllership workflows
- Support internal and external audit requirements, including liaising with auditors on queries
- Prepare financial schedules, variance analyses, and management reports as needed
