Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management or ownership experience with a SaaS product.
- Strong technical understanding of the software development process, particularly in agile settings.
- Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira.
- Experience with collaboration and wireframing tools such as Miro or Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently identify, plan, and manage work.
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment.
- Ability to work UK hours (IST 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and define the product backlog to align with business objectives.
- Lead product discovery, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
- Facilitate sprint planning, pointing, and retrospective meetings with the engineering team.
- Drive cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment for assigned product areas.
- Manage the end-to-end launch of new features and product releases.
- Measure feature performance using customer feedback and product data to identify improvement opportunities.
