Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
- Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in clinical or biological research.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Understanding of medical terminology and research concepts.
- Knowledge of clinical research industry guidelines/regulations (GCP, GDP).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform local travel and maintain daily availability of an automobile.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Availability for occasional night and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Represent the site professionally when interacting with sponsors, IRBs, patients, and clinical staff.
- Conduct thorough and precise reviews of study charts utilizing SOPs, GCP, GDP, and sponsor protocols.
- Identify missing or discrepant data points and report trends to management.
- Accurately enter data into eCRF/CRF systems according to sponsor guidelines.
- Resolve open queries thoroughly and accurately in a timely manner.
- Attend SIV meetings and assist in sponsor monitor visits.
- Assist with training onboarding procedures.
