Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services.
- Proven track record of managing concurrent, complex enterprise deployments.
- Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees).
- Experience with PSA tools such as Rocketlane, Certinia, or Productive.
- Ability to read API documentation and design data mappings.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations with ITSM, SIEM, or SSO platforms.
- Strong consultative authority to guide executive stakeholders.
- Builder mindset with experience creating repeatable processes and SOPs.
- Familiarity with GRC, cybersecurity, or third-party risk management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
- Manage complex deployments end-to-end, including scope management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design and troubleshoot integrations leveraging REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
- Translate client needs into technical specifications and redesign workflows.
- Act as the connective tissue between Professional Services, Sales, and Product to influence the roadmap.
- Drive KPIs including Time-to-First-Value (TTFV), Fixed-Fee Realization, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
