Requirements

- Ability to commit to consistent output of 3-4 hours per week.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to perform deep-dive research.
- Relevant skills in grant writing and fundraising.
- Experience in stakeholder management and strategic outreach.
- Knowledge of the CSR and NGO landscape in India.
- Ability to manage pipelines and build relationships.
- Proficiency in business development practices.
- Enthusiasm for social initiatives and supporting underprivileged students.
Responsibilities
- Research potential donors including CSR funds, government skilling schemes, and HNI donors.
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of donor and CSR relationships.
- Support grant proposals and applications as needed.
- Log fundraising research findings in the team tracker.
- Share updated trackers weekly and follow up on progress.
- Identify and flag potential partnership opportunities for coordination.
