Requirements
- Experience in fundraising, business development, or partnerships.
- Experience in the CSR or NGO landscape is a plus.
- Ability to manage two work-streams simultaneously.
- Comfort with building processes from scratch without existing playbooks.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Drive to make an impact in the lives of under-privileged students.
- Availability to start volunteering immediately.
- Ability to commit 4-6 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee market research to identify and prioritize donor and CSR organizations.
- Develop and lead the outreach strategy for all fundraising and institutional partnership targets.
- Build, manage, and grow a pipeline of donor and CSR relationships.
- Represent Proximity Foundation in partner conversations, meetings, and negotiations.
- Brief the Communications & Outreach Lead on required partnership materials.
- Manage and support the Market Research and Partnership Outreach sub-roles.
- Report partnership pipeline progress and outcomes to the Operations Manager.
