Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale, production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Significant client-facing experience in a consulting or architectural role.
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and project delivery.
- Deep expertise in Python and its data science ecosystem.
- Expert-level understanding of LLMs, agentic design patterns, and classical ML at scale.
- Practical experience with Learning to Rank (LTR), recommender algorithms, RAG, and fine-tuning.
- Strong architectural foundation in software engineering, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- BSc/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to design sophisticated, scalable solutions leveraging machine learning, search, and agentic AI.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client stakeholders to translate concepts and ensure project success.
- Guide and mentor a team of ML engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Architect and implement cutting-edge agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, and RAG pipelines.
- Steer the full project lifecycle from initial discovery and architectural design to deployment and monitoring.
