Requirements
- Deep experience in an analytics-heavy, operationally complex role, ideally in a call centre, large-scale support, or workforce environment.
- Strong ability to run complex data analysis and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong point of view on performance measurement within a support organization.
- Experience acting as a business partner to data or engineering teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Track record of owning and improving operational processes in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills.
- Ability to align stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Bias for action and ability to drive initiatives to completion independently.
Responsibilities
- Define 'good' and 'great' performance metrics across the support workforce and build reporting rituals for leaders.
- Challenge and improve how performance is measured within the support organization.
- Define requirements for performance reporting surfaces and integrate data across support tech and talent tools.
- Manage core performance processes, including progression eligibility and workforce planning.
- Perform original analyses to spot trends, surface risks, and make proactive recommendations to CXO leadership.
