Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 11 years of relevant clinical data management experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical data management systems, processes, and operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical data management teams and managing complex clinical research projects.
- Ability to organize, integrate, and oversee clinical information processing activities effectively.
- Strong understanding of data management best practices, including CRF design, database development, data processing, and quality control procedures.
- Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures, and process improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and compliance.
- Experience contributing to system improvements and operational enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to manage clinical trial programs and projects across one or multiple client accounts.
- Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership to clinical data management project teams.
- Serve as a lead data management expert for individual trials or clinical trial programs.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted partner to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead data management teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through feedback and professional development support.
- Manage resource planning, utilization tracking, project budgets, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
