Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Science, Computer Science, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 11 years of relevant clinical data management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical data management systems, processes, and operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical data management teams and managing complex clinical research projects.
  • Ability to organize, integrate, and oversee clinical information processing activities effectively.
  • Strong understanding of data management best practices, including CRF design, database development, data processing, and quality control procedures.
  • Experience developing and implementing standards, procedures, and process improvements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to quality and compliance.
  • Experience contributing to system improvements and operational enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to manage clinical trial programs and projects across one or multiple client accounts.
  • Provide day-to-day technical and operational leadership to clinical data management project teams.
  • Serve as a lead data management expert for individual trials or clinical trial programs.
  • Manage client relationships and act as a trusted partner to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead data management teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop team members through feedback and professional development support.
  • Manage resource planning, utilization tracking, project budgets, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, and governance documentation.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and process improvements.
