Requirements
- Experience building enterprise security, developer-platform, infrastructure, or control-plane products.
- Deep understanding of identity, authorization, sandboxing, secrets management, and API design.
- Experience building integrations across complex enterprise systems or partner ecosystems.
- Ability to balance security requirements with developer productivity and system latency.
- Capability to communicate credibly with developers, security architects, and CISOs.
- Familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, policy-as-code, OAuth, OIDC, or workload identity is a plus.
- Experience with AI agents, MCP, or prompt-injection defense mechanisms is highly valued.
- Demonstrated ability to turn conflicting partner requirements into coherent platform roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Develop native security controls for identity, roles, permissions, and tenant isolation.
- Implement governance for access to repositories, files, MCP servers, secrets, and networks.
- Define versioned partner interfaces to allow security products to participate in Codex workflows.
- Develop partner SDKs, reference implementations, technical documentation, and test environments.
- Shape administrative experiences for policy configuration, approval requirements, and incident response.
- Establish evaluation gates with security and safety teams to test controls under adversarial conditions.
