- 5+ years of experience building products and platforms.
- Proven ability to generate clarity out of ambiguity and drive prioritizations.
- Experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-powered product capabilities to end users.
- Strong intuition for balancing automation with human intervention.
- Track record of building products with strong adoption and measurable business impact.
- Strong project execution skills managing features from requirements to launch.
- Ability to rally cross-geo teams behind a common mission.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Drive the agentic AI area for Outreach Engage, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI agent capabilities.
- Work closely with the Sales Engagement Product team across time zones to translate market reality into product context.
- Track market, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform roadmap priorities.
- Guide pricing and packaging decisions for AI-native products.
- Define and own core metrics for adoption, engagement, and business impact of AI experiences.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to build agentic workflows.
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to ensure successful product launches.
- Handle customer escalations and lead pilots with high-value customers.
