Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with Sales teams or revenue-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, and content distribution.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital and social channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with target customer segments and revenue priorities.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Own execution of social media strategy and day-to-day management across LinkedIn.
  • Manage execution of content marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and web channels.
  • Execute SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Use HubSpot and other marketing tools to execute and track campaigns.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights.
