Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Sales teams or revenue-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, social media strategy, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, and content distribution.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing performance data.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
- Support inbound and outbound marketing initiatives across digital and social channels.
- Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns with target customer segments and revenue priorities.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on conversion and engagement metrics.
- Own execution of social media strategy and day-to-day management across LinkedIn.
- Manage execution of content marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email, and web channels.
- Execute SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Use HubSpot and other marketing tools to execute and track campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights.
