- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level technical positions.
- Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and a genuine passion for the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiation.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
- Act as a strategic Talent Partner by consulting, advising, and coaching business line stakeholders.
- Work with HR and hiring managers to drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
- Manage recruiting databases and HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, and job fairs.
