  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, and offer negotiation.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial introduction to onboarding.
  • Act as a strategic Talent Partner by consulting, advising, and coaching business line stakeholders.
  • Work with HR and hiring managers to drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
  • Manage recruiting databases and HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, university outreach, and job fairs.
