Requirements

- Strong understanding of common software vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for software security and the wider security landscape.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate risks to diverse stakeholders.
- High adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively as a motivated, delivery-focused team player.
- Experience in a fintech environment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of AI security and governance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development and platform teams to maintain secure products using modern technologies.
- Champion security best practices through consultations and training sessions.
- Support existing security tooling and evaluate new technology options.
- Perform risk-based vulnerability management and communicate findings to business stakeholders.
- Trial new technologies and facilitate their adoption within the organization.
- Work alongside other security engineers to integrate with organizational processes.
