Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of experience in digital health, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or a related industry.
  • 3–5+ years of experience leading complex programs, operations initiatives, or cross-functional projects in high-growth or rapidly evolving environments.
  • Proven ability to establish operating processes, create alignment across teams, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and using data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for both operational teams and executive audiences.
  • Experience with digital health products, virtual care models, or chronic disease management programs.
  • Familiarity with cardiometabolic health, obesity care, or GLP-1 solutions is a strong plus.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and business impact.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong ownership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leadership to establish operating rhythms, communication structures, and collaboration frameworks for GLP-1 and cardiometabolic health initiatives.
  • Develop and improve processes, tools, and workflows that enable efficient execution across product, clinical, data science, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Lead program execution by converting strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, timelines, ownership models, and measurable objectives.
  • Track program performance through key metrics, including member outcomes, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer impact.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into progress, risks, opportunities, and business performance.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements that support scalable healthcare delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove blockers, maintain alignment, and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support market execution and customer-facing initiatives.
