Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic intelligence, competitive intelligence, business intelligence, analytics, corporate strategy, management consulting, strategic finance, or similar roles.
- Proven experience developing financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, market sizing analyses, and business cases.
- Strong hands-on experience with BI and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous business challenges, synthesize multiple data sources, and deliver decision-ready insights.
- Experience creating executive presentations, strategic memos, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive monitoring, and trend assessment methodologies.
- Experience designing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting approaches.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, SPSS, or other analytics tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business problem-solving and intelligence workflows is preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, collaboration skills, project leadership abilities, and executive presence.
Responsibilities
- Build and evolve market intelligence capabilities through competitive analysis, industry research, regulatory monitoring, and trend evaluation.
- Develop intelligence products including market assessments, opportunity sizing analyses, scenario planning, and strategic insights.
- Monitor external sources such as industry reports, customer insights, analyst research, and competitive developments to identify business implications.
- Create dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization frameworks that provide accessible insights into market dynamics and business performance.
- Partner with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex information into clear recommendations and strategic actions.
- Support enterprise strategy development by integrating market intelligence into planning cycles, portfolio decisions, and investment prioritization.
- Develop forecasting models, financial analyses, business cases, and scenario models to support strategic decision-making.
- Design KPI frameworks and performance measurement approaches to improve organizational visibility and accountability.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and modern analytical methodologies to accelerate research, improve insight generation, and expand access to intelligence.
- Present executive-level materials, reports, and recommendations to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
