Job Details

Senior or Staff-level software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production systems.
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM, Terraform, and CI/CD environments.
Experience designing, deploying, securing, and operating cloud-native applications.
Proficiency with agentic coding environments such as Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript.
Experience with production engineering practices including observability, secrets management, and security controls.
Ability to independently transform ambiguous requirements into working software solutions.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions and trade-offs.
Experience with AI engineering concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Agent Development Kit (ADK), or MCP servers is highly preferred.

Develop and deliver production features using Claude Code and agentic engineering workflows.
Partner with product leaders and subject-matter experts to translate business requirements into scalable software solutions.
Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based services using GCP technologies like BigQuery, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, IAM, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
Create and optimize agent workflows and MCP servers to automate software development lifecycle activities.
Improve engineering velocity by tracking delivery metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and defect rates.
Establish best practices for agentic software engineering and mentor engineers on AI-assisted development.
Build secure, reliable, and observable production systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives regarding engineering processes and automation strategies.
