Requirements
- Senior or staff-level software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Deep, hands-on GCP expertise: BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Fluency in agentic coding with Claude Code or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
- Experience with production hardening including observability, secrets management, and least-privilege access.
- Ability to work autonomously to turn ambiguous briefs into working software.
- Experience with Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agent Development Kit (ADK) preferred.
- Knowledge of MCP servers preferred.
- Data engineering experience across pipelines and warehouse modeling preferred.
- Experience with React or modern front-end frameworks preferred.
- Background in product SaaS or fast-paced agency/consulting environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build production features on the Seamless Suite with Claude Code as the primary environment.
- Pair with practice leads and subject-matter experts to ship features on a weekly cadence.
- Stand up and harden services on GCP, including BigQuery, Cloud Run, IAM, and Terraform.
- Design and run agent workflows and MCP servers to automate test generation, security scanning, and releases.
- Measure and optimize feature velocity, including PRs shipped, cycle time, and defect rates.
- Set standards for agentic engineering and coach engineers and contractors.
