Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience with a strong understanding of the complete sales cycle.
- Proven ability to develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and successfully close sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present technical information.
- Ability to work independently, manage a regional territory, and prioritize activities.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for customer visits and travel.
- Must reside in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, or clinical sales is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with eye care professionals is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities within the assigned Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with eye care professionals and healthcare providers.
- Lead customers through the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultations, product demonstrations, and closing.
- Educate customers on the technical and clinical applications of specialized visual healthcare solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and profitability targets.
- Provide customer training and ongoing support to ensure successful product adoption.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
