  • 2+ years of experience in an inbound technical support call center environment.
  • 2+ years of experience resolving user-related technical problems via phone or email.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and superior problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience supporting specialized functions such as porting or HP support.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Contact customers regarding service issues to support retention and fraud prevention efforts.
  • Learn company products in detail to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical problems.
  • Record customer call details and troubleshooting actions in company systems.
  • Fulfill special project requests, including support for porting or HP.
  • Provide quality feedback and suggestions to the team supervisor for process improvements.
  • Follow up on customer escalations to ensure resolution.
