Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an inbound technical support call center environment.
- 2+ years of experience resolving user-related technical problems via phone or email.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and superior problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience supporting specialized functions such as porting or HP support.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to record data accurately.
Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Contact customers regarding service issues to support retention and fraud prevention efforts.
- Learn company products in detail to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical problems.
- Record customer call details and troubleshooting actions in company systems.
- Fulfill special project requests, including support for porting or HP.
- Provide quality feedback and suggestions to the team supervisor for process improvements.
- Follow up on customer escalations to ensure resolution.
