Requirements
- Ability to remain composed, compassionate, and solution-focused with frustrated users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with people with disabilities in an academic environment or willingness to learn
- Comfort working across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email)
- Knowledge of accessibility legislation (i.e. AODA) or willingness to learn
- Fluency in English
- Must be located in Canada
- Comfortable working on Apple devices (macOS/iOS)
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS
Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for Messenger Pigeon and other products
- Respond to user inquiries across phone, live chat, and email
- Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers to solutions
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
- Document user interactions and feedback to support product improvement
- Facilitate workshops for users to share best practices
