Requirements

  • Ability to remain composed, compassionate, and solution-focused with frustrated users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with people with disabilities in an academic environment or willingness to learn
  • Comfort working across multiple channels (phone, chat, and email)
  • Knowledge of accessibility legislation (i.e. AODA) or willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English
  • Must be located in Canada
  • Comfortable working on Apple devices (macOS/iOS)
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary support for Messenger Pigeon and other products
  • Respond to user inquiries across phone, live chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and guide customers to solutions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Document user interactions and feedback to support product improvement
  • Facilitate workshops for users to share best practices
