Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in server-side development, ideally TypeScript, Go, or Vue.
- Experience with relational databases, ideally Postgres.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, message queues, and background job workers.
- Experience with third-party API integrations (REST, OAuth, webhooks).
- Experience with testing frameworks (unit, integration, performance, API/database).
- Understanding of secure coding practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and security tooling.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Demonstrated mentoring and training experience.
- Excellent documentation and communication habits.
Responsibilities
- Develop software solutions by understanding requirements, workflows, and SDLC.
- Organize and lead collaborative team-driven solution design sessions.
- Mentor and support fellow team members through coaching and educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Product Owner to ensure complete acceptance criteria.
- Write effective and complete unit, acceptance, and integration tests.
- Grow engineering teams by recruiting and participating in the interview process.
- Take ownership of services and applications at scale.
