Requirements

- Experience in career coaching is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, shortlisting, and assessment interviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for career services clients.
- Provide a personalized job search roadmap and manage client applications.
- Optimize CVs/resumes and LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide coaching to enhance client interview performance.
