Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment execution for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening, shortlisting, and assessment interviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for career services clients.
  • Provide a personalized job search roadmap and manage client applications.
  • Optimize CVs/resumes and LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility.
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide coaching to enhance client interview performance.
