Requirements
- 7+ years of technical content experience.
- Proven experience delivering documentation, tutorials, and technical marketing materials for DevOps tools, CLIs, or programming languages.
- Strong user perspective informed by product testing and usage.
- Experience using web metrics data to optimize documentation, evaluate content strategy, and identify content gaps.
- Experience collaborating with technical product marketing, support, SMEs, and brand teams.
- Proven collaborations with content platform teams to improve performance, searchability, and AI compatibility.
- Experience enabling engineering and product teams to create technical content using training, tools, and automation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging technical problems.
Responsibilities
- Architect content navigation structures to support users with specific technical problems.
- Author content by testing workflows directly in context and working with subject matter experts.
- Engage with the community and stakeholders to improve content and fill gaps through curation.
- Optimize content and web for AI discoverability in collaboration with platform teams.
- Enable teams across the organization to create strong content using templates, tools, and style guides.
- Socialize content across marketing, customer success, and field teams to maximize impact.
