Requirements
- 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast-moving creative environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 360° brand work across campaigns, digital platforms, and creative systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing and implementing websites using platforms such as Framer or Webflow.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn business goals into compelling creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and inspire teams.
- Experience translating complex technical products or services into engaging visual experiences.
- Familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of creative challenges.
- Collaborative mindset with strong curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and design compliance requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and strategic alignment across all brand touchpoints.
- Create high-quality design work across web, campaigns, digital experiences, print materials, and marketing assets.
- Develop campaign concepts from initial ideas through final execution in collaboration with creative leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Build adaptable design systems and toolkits that enable teams to create efficient, consistent content.
- Produce sales, developer, and business materials including presentations, diagrams, event assets, and promotional content.
- Use emerging AI-powered creative tools strategically to improve workflows while maintaining high standards of originality and craftsmanship.
- Partner with marketing, product, business development, copywriting teams, and external agencies to deliver innovative, on-brand experiences.
- Monitor creative, cultural, advertising, and technology trends to inspire forward-thinking brand strategies.
- Translate complex technical products and concepts into clear, emotionally engaging visual narratives.
