Requirements

  • 6-9 years of progressive design experience in fast-moving creative environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 360° brand work across campaigns, digital platforms, and creative systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing and implementing websites using platforms such as Framer or Webflow.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn business goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas and inspire teams.
  • Experience translating complex technical products or services into engaging visual experiences.
  • Familiarity with Web3, stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and take ownership of creative challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design compliance requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the visual identity, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and strategic alignment across all brand touchpoints.
  • Create high-quality design work across web, campaigns, digital experiences, print materials, and marketing assets.
  • Develop campaign concepts from initial ideas through final execution in collaboration with creative leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Build adaptable design systems and toolkits that enable teams to create efficient, consistent content.
  • Produce sales, developer, and business materials including presentations, diagrams, event assets, and promotional content.
  • Use emerging AI-powered creative tools strategically to improve workflows while maintaining high standards of originality and craftsmanship.
  • Partner with marketing, product, business development, copywriting teams, and external agencies to deliver innovative, on-brand experiences.
  • Monitor creative, cultural, advertising, and technology trends to inspire forward-thinking brand strategies.
  • Translate complex technical products and concepts into clear, emotionally engaging visual narratives.
