- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
- Educate healthcare providers on product clinical data and appropriate patient identification.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and field partners to support territory objectives.
- Provide timely market intelligence and customer insights to internal teams.
