Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
- Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic medicine preferred.
- Prior product launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
- Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call planning and high-quality presentations.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and field partners to elevate patient experience and address access barriers.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory insights to inform business planning.
