  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred.
  • Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic medicine preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
  • Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
  • Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on clinical data, product value, and appropriate patient identification.
  • Drive product adoption and utilization through strategic call planning and high-quality presentations.
  • Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and field partners to elevate patient experience and address access barriers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory insights to inform business planning.
