Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or supply chain analytics in a manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience with data analysis and working with large datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools).
Experience building forecasting models and predictive analytics solutions.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Solid understanding of forecasting techniques, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Ability to work effectively within a close, collaborative team environment.

Analyze, structure, and translate large datasets into insights that inform demand, supply, and operational decisions.
Develop and refine consensus demand plans using statistical modeling, historical trends, and business inputs.
Translate demand signals into actionable production and supply plans to balance manufacturing capacity with customer demand.
Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Partner with sales, marketing, operations, sourcing, and production teams to drive business decisions.
Analyze supply chain performance to identify risks, improve material flow, and optimize inventory levels.
Contribute to S&OP planning processes, scenario planning, and capacity planning.
