- Ability to lead at scale, including managing leaders and complex, multi-brand portfolios.
- Experience shaping strategy and influencing senior stakeholders and executives.
- Experience building and scaling modern marketing capabilities and innovation frameworks.
- Experience driving data-driven decision-making and experimentation at scale.
- Experience in lifecycle management and long-term asset optimization.
- Executive communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall commercial strategy, performance, and experimentation opportunities for Nplate, Vectibix, and Lumakras.
- Advance integrated brand strategies that maximize patient impact throughout the lifecycle.
- Establish portfolio priorities, performance objectives, and success metrics aligned with enterprise goals.
- Own portfolio forecasting, business planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Champion the mission of leveraging agile operating models and disciplined experimentation to accelerate product performance.
- Build a portfolio-wide experimentation agenda to generate actionable insights and scalable commercial capabilities.
- Lead an integrated promotional strategy across sales, digital, media, and emerging channels.
- Lead a highly integrated matrix team spanning Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Digital, Analytics, and Operations.
