Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Post-secondary degree in a related field is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC course.
- CIRO licensed as an Investment Representative.
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings.
- Understanding of Risk Management & Compliance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organization, collaboration, and team skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide wealth and investment-related sales and service.
- Advise customers on wealth and investment strategies and products.
- Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Make outbound calls to customers to proactively enhance customer experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, practices, and trends.
- Ensure all transactional outcomes are managed or referred to appropriate business groups.
- Identify and report suspicious patterns related to money laundering.
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, including FCAC and Privacy Act provisions.
