Requirements

  • Solid commercial experience, preferably within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous front-line sales management experience.
  • Strong track record of people management and building high-performing team cultures.
  • B.A. degree or other relevant education.
  • Solid knowledge of Germany healthcare systems and the marketplace.
  • Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive environment.
  • Strong business analytical and structured skills.
  • Proven sales background with an established network and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Revenue and Margin goals by developing and executing Sales Excellence within the German Sales Organization.
  • Support, coach, and develop the sales team.
  • Retain and grow the Cardiometabolic business through effective funnel management and tracking of key performance indicators.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer/Sales Service.
  • Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager and contribute to budget planning.
  • Analyze market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop KOL management and strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure the Sales Organization remains compliant with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical boundaries.
