Requirements
- Solid commercial experience, preferably within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
- Minimum 3 years of previous front-line sales management experience.
- Strong track record of people management and building high-performing team cultures.
- B.A. degree or other relevant education.
- Solid knowledge of Germany healthcare systems and the marketplace.
- Deep understanding of market trends and the competitive environment.
- Strong business analytical and structured skills.
- Proven sales background with an established network and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Revenue and Margin goals by developing and executing Sales Excellence within the German Sales Organization.
- Support, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Retain and grow the Cardiometabolic business through effective funnel management and tracking of key performance indicators.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer/Sales Service.
- Define sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager and contribute to budget planning.
- Analyze market dynamics, trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop KOL management and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure the Sales Organization remains compliant with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical boundaries.
