Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with a background in B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience launching and iterating on mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Experience managing App Store and Play Store release cycles.
- Experience building B2B SaaS products for complex, multi-persona user workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to perform customer research and conduct field interviews.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
- Proactive problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Passion for user-centric design and mobile-first products.
- Experience in vacation rental, hospitality, or property management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define the vision, roadmap, and execution for a mobile experience serving property managers, owners, and cleaners.
- Conduct continuous user discovery and translate findings into clear north stars and scoped requirements.
- Set app performance metrics and ensure instrumentation is included with every feature launch.
- Partner with Product Design to deliver intuitive, high-quality, native mobile experiences on iOS and Android.
- Lead go-to-market readiness, ensuring sales, marketing, and support teams are equipped for new releases.
