Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience as a marketing manager at a B2C/D2C company.
  • Experience in education, medical, or healthcare related fields is ideal.
  • Significant experience in ecommerce and growth marketing.
  • Experience with consumer subscription products.
  • Demonstrated history of developing and executing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience across classic marketing areas: consumer research, data analysis, marketing plans, and value proposition development.
  • Strategic ability to write creative briefs and evaluate creative assets.
  • Proficiency in leveraging owned, organic, and paid marketing channels.
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience using task management systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaign planning to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Serve as a primary marketing liaison for the MCAT business unit.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and functional marketers to ensure execution alignment.
  • Partner with the creative team to develop resonant messaging and positioning for target personas.
  • Lead product launches including creation of strategies, launch plans, and sales training materials.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the vertical's P&L and achieve established revenue and budget targets.
