Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience as a marketing manager at a B2C/D2C company.
- Experience in education, medical, or healthcare related fields is ideal.
- Significant experience in ecommerce and growth marketing.
- Experience with consumer subscription products.
- Demonstrated history of developing and executing innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience across classic marketing areas: consumer research, data analysis, marketing plans, and value proposition development.
- Strategic ability to write creative briefs and evaluate creative assets.
- Proficiency in leveraging owned, organic, and paid marketing channels.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience using task management systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment handling multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development of go-to-market plans and multi-channel campaign planning to drive awareness and conversion.
- Serve as a primary marketing liaison for the MCAT business unit.
- Collaborate with product management, sales, and functional marketers to ensure execution alignment.
- Partner with the creative team to develop resonant messaging and positioning for target personas.
- Lead product launches including creation of strategies, launch plans, and sales training materials.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the vertical's P&L and achieve established revenue and budget targets.
