Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Management preferred) or equivalent construction field experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of direct or distribution sales experience.
  • Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
  • Minimum 5+ years of direct managerial experience.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget execution, sales operations, and customer service.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and mobile technology.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time regionally (East of the Mississippi).
  • Track record of consistent revenue and profit generation.
  • Capability to influence owners and drive strategy at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and region goals.
  • Develop and execute full-year business plans to drive double-digit growth with top retailers.
  • Manage key account relationships including ownership, marketing, and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with distribution, product marketing, channel, finance, and operations teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental growth through solution selling.
  • Manage SG&A and promotional budgets, event executions, and forecasting.
  • Monitor performance metrics via Salesforce and provide coaching and feedback to the sales support team.
