Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Management preferred) or equivalent construction field experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of direct or distribution sales experience.
- Experience selling to high-level executives, C-Suite, and jobsite directors.
- Minimum 5+ years of direct managerial experience.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget execution, sales operations, and customer service.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and mobile technology.
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time regionally (East of the Mississippi).
- Track record of consistent revenue and profit generation.
- Capability to influence owners and drive strategy at all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and region goals.
- Develop and execute full-year business plans to drive double-digit growth with top retailers.
- Manage key account relationships including ownership, marketing, and sales strategy.
- Collaborate with distribution, product marketing, channel, finance, and operations teams to achieve sales goals.
- Cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental growth through solution selling.
- Manage SG&A and promotional budgets, event executions, and forecasting.
- Monitor performance metrics via Salesforce and provide coaching and feedback to the sales support team.
