Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or enterprise-level sales in digital technology.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management and Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Proven success collaborating with C-suite contacts including CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, CMIOs, and COOs.
  • Proven ability in proactive problem-solving, stakeholder management, and diagnosing complex business problems.
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset with a focus on results and resilience.
  • Proficiency leveraging Salesforce for data management and technical feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate product portfolio growth by expanding pipeline and maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM data.
  • Lead end-to-end deal management including qualification, proposal development, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal Client Partners and Managing Client Partners to secure large, multi-region pursuits.
  • Mobilize external partners and internal stakeholders for cross-Business Unit engagement.
  • Align product roadmaps with customer-driven insights by collaborating with product innovation teams.
