Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate Legal, Compliance or Risk.
- Experience in compliance policy, training and communications development.
- Deep understanding of laws, regulations, and industry guidance applicable to a global healthcare company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, Document Management Systems, and training development tools (e.g., Adobe Articulate).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and documentation development skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CPA, CIA) preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences or biotech industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, circulation and reporting of both online and live training content for employees and third parties.
- Develop targeted compliance communication initiatives and monitor schedules.
- Draft compliance training assets, guidance documents, and presentations.
- Design, develop and implement non-QMS policies and procedures company-wide.
- Collaborate with internal global compliance stakeholders to ensure consistency of policies and handbooks.
- Handle administration of the RM&C Program including responding to inquiries.
- Drive the compliance program brand and web-presence.
