Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Game Design, Product Design, Technical Design, Product Management, Technical Art, or a similar role.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to identify user problems and drive adoption.
- Experience designing tools, workflows, or systems used by both technical and non-technical users.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to leverage AI to improve workflows and accelerate production.
- Hands-on coding experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Drive the integration of AI tools and systems into game design, content creation, and production workflows across multiple projects.
- Partner with designers, artists, producers, QA, analysts, and developers to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Challenge and improve existing workflows before introducing AI solutions, focusing on solving root causes.
- Design and build intuitive AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows that deliver measurable value.
- Gather feedback, measure adoption, and continuously improve solutions based on real-world usage.
- Inspire, educate, and mentor team members on AI best practices, tools, and emerging capabilities.
- Evaluate new AI technologies and proactively identify practical opportunities to improve game development and live operations.
- Create clear documentation, training materials, and best practices.
